How it works

What Loomis looks at, how it decides which accounts are yours, and what you see at each check-in.

How does Loomis check your digital footprint?

Three steps. You can see the working at each one.

The accounts that are actually yours
Names collide and old profiles linger, so Loomis matches public accounts and mentions to you first, and reads them second.
The accounts you connect yourself
Link an account you post from and Loomis also reads the posts on it directly, further back than a public profile alone would show.Facebook · Instagram · LinkedIn · X
A dashboard, the same day
Submitting starts the real work immediately, and your first check-in opens as a dashboard you come back to rather than a document you file.

What does a check-in show you?

Monthly on LoomisProfessional and LoomisGuard, weekly on LoomisCreator. The date of the next one is always on screen.

Where you turn up
The platforms Loomis has confirmed are yours, each with how much it found there. The one you'd forgotten is usually the interesting one.
How it reads, area by area
Your public activity sorted into areas of behaviour — professional conduct, communication, community participation — with each area read on its own.
Highlights, positives first
The findings worth your attention, with the good ones at the top, in plain language. Nothing is averaged into a single number about you.
What changed since last time
A dated line through every check-in you have had: what is new this month, and what has dropped away since the last one.

Which one is yours?

Everyone starts with Footprint. What you keep after that depends on why you are looking.

Footprint
The first look: which public accounts Loomis can match to you, how they read, and what stands out. Every account begins here.
LoomisProfessional
For your career. 70% of employers research candidates on social media, and 51% of hiring managers have never found anything disqualifying (Harris Poll for Express Employment Professionals, US, December 2022). Read your own public presence on your own time, every month.
LoomisCreator
For anyone building an audience. Brands already run this check before they sign you — see the same picture first, back catalogue included, with a check-in every week on the posts you've connected yourself.
LoomisGuard
For a household of up to five people. Each member links their own accounts and gets their own check-in: five people each seeing their own footprint, under one roof.

You choose what Loomis sees

Linked because you said so
An account is connected only because you authorised it, and you can unlink it whenever you like. Unlinking stops Loomis reading that account from the inside.
Held for a set period, then purged
What Loomis gathers is kept for a defined retention period and deleted automatically once it passes. A subscription lengthens that period, because a history you are following has to exist to be shown.
Erased when you ask
Ask, and every check-in and finding held about you is deleted end to end, irreversibly — cancelling on its own does not do that. Your account and anything you've connected stay, for as long as the account exists; what's left of the erased data is the audit entry recording that it happened, which is what makes the promise checkable.
