About Loomis
What we are
Loomis Intel is a recurring, personal view of your own public presence: which platforms you're confirmed on, how your activity reads, and what has changed since your last check-in.
You are always the one being shown here, never someone else's results. That's not a policy, it's a mechanism: the account being checked and the account paying for the check-in are the same account, every time.
Why this exists
People already get looked up — by employers, by brands, sometimes by their own contacts — usually without knowing when it happens or what turned up. Loomis Intel exists to let you see the same public footprint first, on your own terms.
What we believe
- A habit, not a panic
- Looking at your own footprint once and closing the tab is the norm everywhere else. Loomis is built around the return visit: every check-in already shows the date of the next one.
- Positives come first
- What a check-in shows leads with what's working, not what's wrong. Concerns are never hidden, but they don't go first.
- No single number
- What Loomis finds is broken out by area, never combined into one number about you. There's nothing here to average into a grade.
How we make money
Loomis Intel is paid for by the person whose footprint it is, on a recurring subscription, never by advertisers and never by anyone else buying access to what your check-in shows. Nobody sees your dashboard by paying us for it except you.
What we refuse to do
- No removal service
- We do not remove anything from the internet on your behalf, and never will. Loomis is built to show you your footprint, not edit it.
- No downloads
- We do not hand you a file to download, and never will. What Loomis finds lives in your dashboard, updated at every check-in, never a document you file away.
- Nothing averaged
- We do not combine what Loomis finds into one number about you, and never will. Everything stays broken out by area.
- Never sold to someone checking up on you
- We do not sell access to your footprint to someone looking into you, and never will. If you're the one being shown, you're also the one who asked.
- Nothing behind a login you didn't give us
- We do not read anything behind a login you haven't authorised, and never will. Every account Loomis reads is either already public, or connected because you connected it yourself.
Where things stand
Loomis Intel does not yet cover every platform you might use. It reads the accounts it can confirm are yours and the ones you connect yourself, never a claim to have found everything there is.
It's built for South Africa first, and answers to the Protection of Personal Information Act as the standard, not a footnote.
