Frequently asked questions
What Loomis Intel shows, what it deliberately does not do, and how check-ins, your data and erasure work.
What Loomis Intel is
What is Loomis Intel?
Loomis Intel is a recurring, personal view of your own public digital footprint: where you turn up online, how your activity reads, and what has changed since your last check-in. It is always your own footprint you are looking at, and every check-in lives in a personal dashboard you come back to, not a one-time lookup.
What is a check-in, and how often do I get one?
A check-in is Loomis Intel's scheduled read of your public digital footprint — what's confirmed, what's changed, and a highlights list with the positives first. Check-ins run monthly on LoomisProfessional and LoomisGuard, and weekly on LoomisCreator, with the date of your next one always visible on your dashboard.
What does Loomis Intel look at?
Loomis Intel looks at publicly available digital evidence — public posts, profiles and mentions it can match to you — plus any account you choose to connect yourself. Connecting an account lets Loomis Intel also read the posts on it directly, going further back than a public profile alone would show. Nothing behind someone else's login is ever touched.
Who sees what
Can anyone else see my Loomis Intel results?
Your Loomis Intel results live in your own dashboard, under the account you signed up with. On LoomisGuard, a household plan for up to five people, each member connects and authorises their own accounts separately and gets their own check-in from their own login.
How does LoomisGuard work for a household?
LoomisGuard is Loomis Intel's plan for a household of up to five people. Each member connects and authorises their own accounts themselves — nobody's account is linked without their own say-so — and each gets a personal monthly check-in covering only the public presence and self-authorised accounts that belong to them.
What Loomis Intel does not do
Can Loomis remove things it finds about me from the internet?
Loomis does not remove anything from the internet — no post, profile or mention. Loomis Intel shows you what is already public, the way anyone else would find it, so you can decide what, if anything, to do about it yourself. Removal, where it happens, is a separate step you take with the platform or site involved, not something Loomis performs for you.
Can I download a report from Loomis Intel?
There is no downloadable report on Loomis Intel, and there never will be. Every check-in lives in your personal dashboard — highlights, confirmed platforms, and what has changed since last time — which you read online rather than save as a file, so the picture stays current instead of going stale the moment it is produced.
Does Loomis Intel give me a score, rating or grade?
Loomis Intel produces no score, rating or grade of any kind, and never will. Your check-in shows how your public activity reads across separate areas — professional conduct, communication, community participation — with each area read on its own and the positives listed first. Nothing is averaged into one number about you.
Why don't my check-ins show the exact posts or quotes Loomis found?
Loomis Intel shows aggregate and labelled findings — how an area of your activity reads overall — rather than individual posts, quotes or cited spans. Loomis Intel reads your public activity area by area and shows you the shape of it, not a pile of evidence to sift through yourself.
Can Loomis guarantee it finds everything public about me?
Loomis Intel cannot promise it finds every public trace of you — identity matching works on confidence, not certainty, because names collide and old accounts drift out of use. Loomis Intel matches an account to you first and only reads it once that match clears a set confidence threshold, so an occasional near-miss is expected rather than a sign something is broken.
Your data
Does cancelling my subscription delete my data?
Cancelling your Loomis Intel subscription does not delete your data. Anyone who has ever subscribed keeps the longer of the retention windows that apply, so cancelling changes your billing, not how long your check-in history stays. If you want your data gone, request erasure separately — a request Loomis Intel completes end to end, on top of any cancellation.
What happens when I ask Loomis Intel to erase my data?
Requesting erasure hard-deletes every check-in and finding Loomis Intel has produced for you, along with the evidence behind them — not archived, gone for good. Your account and anything you have connected to it are not part of this: they stay for as long as the account exists, matching our privacy page. One thing remains afterwards: the audit entry recording that the erasure happened, holding nothing personal — the fact that keeps this promise checkable.
How do I get my data erased?
You can request erasure of your Loomis Intel check-ins and findings at any time, separately from cancelling your subscription. Email hello@loomis.co.za and Loomis Intel runs a full, end-to-end deletion of that data rather than a partial clear — your account and anything you have connected to it stay untouched, for as long as the account exists. Afterwards, the audit entry recording that the erasure took place is what remains of the deleted data.
