Two sides
Organisations have always looked people up. The problem was never that they looked — it was that the person never saw what was found, and nobody could show their working. Loomis is built as two products so that both can be true at once.

Your public accounts gathered in one place, with the evidence that matched each one to you. What you'd forgotten. What is wearing your name. What has leaked. Explained plainly, with something to do about it.
Loomis Verify · for organisations
The same gathering, bounded and accountable. Protected characteristics stripped before a reviewer sees anything. Positives included as a matter of course. Every indicator linked to its source, and the person can see the same record.
How it works
The engine is called The Loom. It does three things, and it can show you its work at every one of them.

A name and an email is enough to start. Loomis never asks for a password, never connects to a private account, and never asks anyone to open a door for it.

The Loom sweeps public sources and scores each candidate against the evidence. Anything it cannot tie to you with confidence is refused and shown as refused — the near-misses matter as much as the matches.

Findings are grouped into behaviour areas with strengths named first. Every single line traces to the post, the page and the date it came from. If Loomis cannot show you the source, it does not make the claim.

Our rules
A product like this is only as good as what it refuses to do. These are the constraints the whole system is built around — not a policy page we wrote afterwards.

Never a private account. Never a message. Never a door somebody has to open for us. Privacy stays sacred behind closed doors — this is the part of you that is already in the square.

Race, religion, health, sexuality, political affiliation and family status are removed before any reviewer sees a record. A search bar cannot unsee what it found. This can.

No risk score, no pass or fail, no clearance. Positive indicators are included as a matter of course, every claim links to its source, and a human being makes the decision.

Whoever is assessed can see the same record, refuse a wrong match, add their side, and delete their own copy entirely. Symmetry is the product, not a setting.
For organisations
We have no date for you yet, and we would rather say that than invent one. People come first: the person should be able to see their own footprint before anyone is assessing them with it.
